| FLU CLINICS |
| The State of New Jersey now requires that all children 6 months old through 59 months (5 years) old who attend school or daycare receive an annual influenza vaccine. The flu vaccine is also recommended strongly for all children with chronic medical conditions. |

| In order to continue to provide prompt and excellent care, appointment requests and questions for flu clinics and other routine appointments should NOT be left in the Doctor's voice mail- Please speak with the receptionist. |
2011-2012 Influenza Vaccine Information We currently have vaccine for all children 6 months and older. If you need or would like your child to receive this years seasonal influenza immunization, please call our office between the hours of 9am-12pm and 1:45-3:30pm, Monday - Friday to schedule a flu clinic appointment. Vaccines are given on a first come, first serve basis until our supply is exhausted. |
